Wedding Premium Tent Package A (20x20)

• DELIVERY AND SET UP:
  • We deliver to Buffalo NY and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
  • We set up tents the Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday before your event and does not count toward your event time.
  • We take down our tents Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after your event end which also does not count toward your rental time.
  • Can be set up on grass or concrete. Please be specific as we secure tents differently based on the surface the are getting set up on.
• RAIN DELAY OR WEATHER DELAY:
  • You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost if 72-hour notice before scheduled rental date
• SANITATION:
  • All our rentals are cleaned and sanitized before and after use!
• WHAT'S INCLUDED BY US:
  •  Set Up and Take Down
  • 20 x 20 High Peak Tent
  • (4) 8' Rectangular Tables
  • (32)- White Padded Folding Chairs (resin)
  • 100' long string lights for Under the tent
  • (2) 20' plain solid side walls for the tent
  • (1) 20' side wall with window for the tent
  • (2) Covered garbage cans (garbage removal included)
  • (4) Covered cocktail tables (black unless other color is requested)
• WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE/HAVE:
  • Enough space for us to setup your rental 
    • (*Requires unobstructed grass area of 25' x 25' with a height of 20' tall*)
  • Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area if lights are needed
